Digital Retinal Photography

What is Fundus Photography?

Fundus Photography is a sophisticated process that uses a digital camera that takes detailed pictures of the back of your eye - allowing you to see what we see.

It is used to document the health of the optic nerve, macula, retina and it's blood vessels; as well as keeping a permanent photographic reference of your eye health so we can review it again when you come back to see us next time.

Digital retinal photography does not just help us spot sight-related problems. It can also highlight a range of other conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, risk of a stroke and symptoms associated with brain tumours.

Book your eye test and digital retinal photograph today by calling one of our team on 01932 244266.
